Healthy Eating Without Compromise

My fiance and I have been doing our very best to eat healthy and get fit as of late. Not just because we're having a beach wedding and want to look good ;) But because at our age, it's time we take care of our bodies and develop good eating habits. We've taken advantage of the eat-whatever, drink-whatever stage in life- and frankly, it's not a good look for us anymore. 

Luckily, our close friends are all on the same page- making this healthy transition a lot easier. Most of us work out at a Crossfit gym, and few of us are committed to the paleo diet. I'm not on the paleo diet yet, but I'm warming up to it. 

Yesterdays girls-night inspired this sunday post. We made a delicious paleo dinner, so full of flavor- it quickly made our "faves" list. You shouldn't have to compromise taste when you eat on the paleo diet (or any healthy diet), you just have to get creative! 


On the menu:
Spicy cauliflower & sweet potatoes
Zucchini boats
Stuffed bacon & spinach chicken
